Welcome to Year 3
We hope the children have had a wonderful, well-deserved summer break and are feeling refreshed and ready to begin an exciting new school year. Mrs McKee, Mrs Conroy, Miss Jackson and I are looking forward to working with the children, helping them to grow in confidence, flourish and achieve their full potential.
✨ Key Information ✨
PE
PE lessons will take place on Thursdays. Please ensure children come to school wearing their full PE kit on this day, as they will not be changing at school.
Homework
Homework will be sent home on Thursdays to reinforce the learning that has taken place in class rather than introducing new concepts. It should be manageable and not cause any distress. If your child experiences any difficulties, please speak to either myself or Mrs McKee.
Spellings and Times Tables
Regular practice of spellings and times tables at home will greatly support and enhance your child's learning and help build confidence.
Communication
Please do not hesitate to speak to myself or a member of the team if you have any questions or concerns—we are always happy to help.
